Upon receiving your order, we will send you a digital invoice for the total charges with shipping.

MOQ: 5qty of 1 SKU or 10qty any SKU’s

We have two minimums. If purchasing one specific product you must purchase a minimum of 5 of that one product. If you are interested in a range of different products you must purchase a minimum of 10 products. This can amount to 10 single products or 2 times 5 products however it suits your needs.

Handling Time: 1 Business day Mon-Fri after your payment is received

ETA of Delivery:

  • Vic Metro = 1-2 Business Day
  • Vic Country, NSW & SA  = 2-3 business days
  • ACT, QLD & TAS = 3-4 business days
  • WA, NT = 5-7 Business Days

Do we Deliver to P.O Box addresses?

Unfortunately our courier drivers don’t delivery to theses addresses, please supply an alternative address at checkout.

Please inform us if your business has a Forklift on site for shipping quote

Once you have received your invoice, payment can be made via the following:

  • Bank Deposit: Allow upto 3 business days to clear & reference your invoice number
  • Telephone Credit Card: All cards are accepted (0% surcharge)

Any Custom Clearance Fees for receiving your products into your country must paid via the customer

We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving payment for your invoice.

Delays may occur if order is:

1: Out of Stock

2: Large quantities order

Any delays in order you will  be notified.

Yes we will only dispatch items after payments for invoices have been finalised.

Yes we do have credit applications.

Once you have placed the website order we will transfer it to an invoice which will include shipping to the final amount. All products on the website are GST exclusive which will also be included in the total.
